Our Refund Policy

⚠️ All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders.

As all our products are handmade to order using fresh natural ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions

We will only consider a replacement or resolution in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit (photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery)
  • A wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 89254 01892 with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

No Returns on the Following

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance (natural characteristics of handmade products)
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming. See our Shipping & Cancellation Policy for more details.
