By placing an order with Pebble Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Products

All our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. As they are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or weight may occur. This is a natural characteristic of handmade products and not a defect.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes
Payment must be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods

Cancellation Policy

          ⚠️ No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed. As our products are handmade to order, we begin preparation immediately upon confirmation. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
        

Refund Policy

          ⚠️ No refunds are offered. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where the product is damaged during transit or a wrong product was delivered. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
        

Limitation of Liability

Pebble Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
